Tiny Spaces "Space Rocks"

Tiny Space "Space Rocks" is obviously based on the Space Rocks Tutorial for GameMaker, but I made some major differences from the beginning. 

One important aspect is to get the feeling of oldschool computer space shooters, my main idol here is the lovely Star Control series for this!

In this alpha release you find the "Hunt for Highscore"-game mode, which includes:

Short story: You are banned in an strange enemy sector with no hope to escape. But for your last move there your family will get space credits for every enemy and asteroid, you can destroy before your ship explodes in this remote vast space sector..  your mission is clear.. collect as much credits as possible before you die!

• an Star Control space battle like feeling with keyboard controls
• different enemies with different behaviour and difficulty
• higher score will let appear new enemies
• a selection of additional weapons and shield
• local highscore list to compete with your friends or with yourself
• configurate resolution / fullscreen and sound control

target for the future beta release is the "Maximum damage"-game mode (idea came up allready in early 2016):

Short story: as last survivor of an alien invasion you are one small pod against the whole alien space fleet.. your complete race is whipped out and there is no hope but the burning fury of revenge in you! All you have is a little space pod with no weapons but you will find your way to hit the enemy hard and merciless!

• working physics and possibility to push enemy ships against other objects
• no starting weapons! you must find your own way to destroy enemies
• sleeping enemies, which awake if damage is made or an alarm is called (space police)
• alternatives to make your damage in the world (tractor beam or ship clamp to use enemy ships as shield etc.)

Futher outlook could be the adding of additional game modes like a space parcel delivery mode and a space race mode.
